During your site trip, you will be taken on a tour of the local area and our English speaking colleagues will endeavour to answer any questions relating to residency and the local area, including the location of schools, shops, hospitals and all other amenities. If you're intending to use your property as a holiday home, and want to invite family and friends to stay, or benefit from rental income, then it's useful to know what the area has to offer the holidaymaker. All our properties to buy in Turkey are of the highest standard and our developments are situated in some of the best locations along the Turquoise coast, including Hisaronu, Fethiye, Ciftlik, Gocek, Calis and Ovacik. Our developments include stylish apartments, villas and luxury private villas with pools. The Itinerary:
A personalised itinerary will be designed around your personal requirements. You will have the opportunity to visit a selection of your favourite Turkish property for sale (chosen by you prior to your visit). As you will be dealing directly with the builder in Turkey, you are also free to request a meeting with the architect and the legal department to discuss your off plan Turkish property or your new investment property in Turkey! In the evenings our colleagues in Turkey will entertain you in local restaurants, offering a wide range of Turkish and International cuisine. Our inspection trips last approximately 3-4 days, giving you ample time to view your Turkey property more than once, without taking too many valuable days away from home and work. We want this to be a memorable and enjoyable experience and is waiting to offer you a taste of genuine Turkish hospitality.

We can advise you on the best flights and arrange discounted rates for accommodation in one of our apartments in either Hisaronü or Çalis so you can "live the dream"; transfers from and to Dalaman airport; a welcome grocery pack; all lunch and evening meals; and a tailored itinerary to view properties of your choice. Should you buy a property thrugh Direct2Turkey, then we will refund your expenses up to a maximum of £500.
